THIS IS REGISTRATION FOR AN EXHIBITOR
APTA Utah’s Annual Fall Conference is coming. We invite you to participate with us as a vendor.
This two-day conference will give your company plenty of exposure to professionals in physical therapy. We anticipate approximately 300 Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants from Utah and surrounding areas to attend in person and virtually. We have planned our schedule this year to allow more time for vendors to be face-to-face with attendees.
We will be holding a raffle for those who have received signatures from each vendor booth. We would love to have items directly from the vendors to raffle off. This encourages our attendees to visit your booth and also provides advertising outside of the conference with the items donated. Please let us know if you have something you wish to donate.
The cost for participation as a vendor is $450 before September 1st. After the 1st the price goes up to $550. This registration fee includes an exhibit table (8 ft long, covered with black tablecloth) to set up a booth, your company name/logo and contact information in every attendee’s informational booklet*," your company information listed on the APTA Utah homepage for a full year as a partner, one social media post, one email blast, and food including continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages. If you would like to bring large equipment you may need to purchase two booth spaces. We only offer the space around the table. Contact us if you would like to do this.
You are also encouraged to sponsor lunch. This will allow your company to have your name and logo on the lunch tables and an opportunity to share a 1 minute message before the lunch.The cost for lunch sponsorship is $150 with the purchase of a booth. You can sponsor the lunch, breakfast, or awards ceremony.
Remember, register before September 1st for the early bird price of $450!

By volunteering you are welcome to attend the full conference and network with other attendees.
Please sign up and plan to attend as your schedule allows. No need to specify a time or let us know if you are not able to make it.
We need the most help Friday morning at 6 AM.
