CALL FOR PLATFORM AND POSTER ABSTRACTS
for the APTA UTAH FALL CONFERENCE

LIMITATIONS
  • Each prospective abstract presenter may submit no more than two abstracts total.
FORMAT
  • ALL abstracts must be received by August 31, 2022 via APTA Utah website submission form (preferred) mail or email.
  • The abstracts must fit on one 8.5 inch by 11-inch paper with the following formatting:
    • 1-inch margins (top, bottom, right, and left)
    • Double spaced
    • No smaller than 11-point font in Times New Roman.
 EVALUATION
  • All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the research committee in a masked fashion.  Selections will be based on the number of abstracts received, content requirements, logical arrangement, intelligibility, and degree to which the information is deemed to be beneficial to the physical therapy community.
SELECTION/ NOTIFICATION
  • A notification email will be sent to verify receipt of abstract submission.
  • Notification of acceptance / non-acceptance and format of the presentation (poster or possibly, platform) will be given by September 20, 2022
  • If accepted, presenters (both poster and platform) get their Saturday (1 day) registration fee covered by APTA Utah.
  • In addition, those selected to give platform presentations (2) will receive a $500 award!
