2023 APTA Utah Fall Conference - Exhibitor Registration

Event Description

APTA Utah’s Annual Fall Conference is coming up on October 27-28, 2023.  It will be held at Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah.  We invite you to participate with us as a vendor.

This two-day conference will give your company plenty of exposure to professionals in physical therapy.  We anticipate approximately 300 Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants from Utah and surrounding areas to attend in person and virtually. We have planned our schedule this year to allow more time for vendors to be face-to-face with attendees. We offer an in person attendance which also includes a 30 second "commercial" to air to our virtual attendees.

We will be holding a raffle for those who have received signatures from each vendor booth. We would love to have items directly from the vendors to raffle off. This encourages our attendees to visit your booth and also provides advertising outside of the conference with the items donated. Please let us know if you have something you wish to donate.

The cost for participation as a vendor is $450 before September 1st.  After the 1st the price goes up to $550.  This registration fee includes an exhibit table (8 ft long, covered with black tablecloth) to set up a booth, your company name/logo and contact information in every attendee’s informational booklet*, a 30 second "commercial," your company information listed on the APTA Utah homepage for a full year as a partner, one social media post, one email blast, and food including continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages. If you would like to bring large equipment you may need to purchase two booth spaces. We only offer the space around the table. Contact us if you would like to do this.

You are also encouraged to sponsor a break. This will allow your company to have your name and logo on the break tables and an opportunity to share a 1 minute message before the break.The cost for break sponsorship is $150 with the purchase of a booth. You can sponsor the dinner, breakfast, or lunch. 

If you are not able to attend in person, we encourage you to register for the virtual exhibitor option!

Remember, register before September 1st for the early bird price of $450!
