"Anatomical Review of the Shoulder: Considerations for Impingement and Nerve Entrapment"
Shoulder impingement and nerve entrapment are common pathologies. To best address these conditions, it is imperative that clinicians have a solid grasp of the relationships between the bony and soft-tissues within the region. In this 3-hour hands-on course, attendees will perform in-person cadaver exploration and use virtual 3D dissection to identify anatomical structures that contribute to shoulder impingement and nerve entrapment conditions. Ultrasound imaging of the supraspinatus and biceps tendon with a case study will be used to integrate the information.
